People for Peace is perhaps known best for their embroidered Love jeans with a signature Butterfly design surrounded by brass nail heads.

This line employs an artistic, hand tooled craftsmanship that has not been seen since the mid 1970's. The jean itself is literally a canvas with super model inseams (easily tailored) and spare pockets with which all types of denim artwork can be displayed.

Embellishments are usually butterflies, trellises of fresh flowers or paisleys. The Whip-Stitch Rodeo jean features leather looping on the seams and knees plus a gorgeous Native American inspired feather detail on the back.  Not to be confused with machine stitched decorations or Vegas jeans plastered with rhinestones, these jeans are as luxe as you can get without getting nouveau riche. Amazingly enough, this line is so uniquely lavish that even the more distressed washes look good for almost any occasion. Each issue of this line has a limited production time and while other lines claim this, People for Peace designs are truly rare.
