The pencil end is a bit too soft and doesn't keep the sharp end necessary for drawing in the narrow taper of an "enhanced" eyebrow, even when you hold the pencil near the tip, as they advise. The brush end is a great tool for grooming brows (with or without product), and does a great job blending and texturizing pencil into your existing brows.

This is a great tool to add more drama to nearly-perfect eyebrows, but if you've got sparse brows and want to pull off the bold statement brows that are all the rage right now, which need more shaping or enhancement, you'll need another product.
